隋帅,博士,教授,博士生导师,入选国家级青年人才项目。研究方向为智能自适应控制理论及其应用,以及多智能体系统(无人机,无人船编队模拟)的智能控制理论及其应用。在国际控制领域主要学术期刊IEEE Transactions on Fuzzy Systems》、《IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics》、《IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems》、《IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems 》、《 IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics》等和一些重要国际会议上发表(含录用)学术论文 50 余篇,其中11IEEE汇刊论文入选ESI工程领域前1%高被引论文,2篇论文获中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文,1篇论文获IEEE TFS期刊最佳论文奖。博士学位论文获得2021“CAA优秀博士学位论文提名奖2019年国家教育部自然科学一等奖2022年中国自动化学会自然科学一等奖,2023年辽宁省自然科学学术成果一等奖。入选2022年全球“高被引科学家”名录。入选2023辽宁省兴辽英才青年拔尖人才

主持国家自然科学基金项目3项,辽宁省自然科学基金3。曾担任国际学术会议2021 International Conference on Security, Pattern Analysis, and Cybernetics 组织委员会共同主席。现为中国自动化学会青年工作委员会等多个专委会委员
