张胜鹏，男，博士，副教授。2015年毕业于韩国江原国立大学机械医用工程专业获得学士学位，2017年毕业于韩国江原国立大学机械医用工程专业获得硕士学位，2023年毕业于韩国江原国立大学机械医用工程专业获得博士学位（2018年获国家公派留学奖学金），随后在韩国江原国立大学从事博士后相关工作，现为辽宁工业大学汽车与交通工程学院副教授。主要研究方向为车辆动力学、高级自动驾驶汽车安全性能评估技术、无人驾驶汽车测试场景分析。
