关亮亮，男，博士，讲师。2007年毕业于东北大学获得 学士学位，2008年毕业于英国巴斯大学获得硕士学位，2013年毕业于英国拉夫堡大学获得博士学位。

现为辽宁工业大学汽车与交通工程学院讲师。
